Our Medical Team
As Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Neumann manages the Medical Department at Open Door Health Center. She has been in the healthcare field since 2002 and has been providing care to people of all ages as a nurse practitioner since 2012. She received her MSN and DNP from Concordia University, Wisconsin, and her BSN from Augsburg College.
Dr. Neumann has a passion for community health, public health, and medical missions work, with expertise in ENT disease processes, and takes a special interest in evidenced-based medicine. She believes that all people have the right to quality affordable healthcare. She begain working at Open Door in 2016.
Jennifer Brandel received her Master’s degree in Nursing specializing in Family care from Walden University In Minneapolis Minnesota and her BSN at Mankato State University in Mankato. She also holds a BA degree from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. She grew up in the Mankato area and cares about the health of people in southern Minnesota. Her areas of interest include family practice, chronic disease management and health education. Jen appreciates working for an organization which values the health of the community, where she can deliver patient-centered care. She began working at Open Door in 2017.
Deborah Cleveland received her MSN in nursing from Walden University and her BSN from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Deborah's areas of interest include a steadfast commitment to preventative care, education and patient advocacy. She currently works in the Marshall, MN location, housed in the WMHC building. Deborah has chosen to work for Open Door because she can administer compassionate health care to a diverse population. She began working at Open Door in 2017.
Marcia Dally is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Open Door Health Center. She received her Diploma in Nursing from St. Francis School of Nursing and her MSN-FNP from Walden University.
Marcia's areas of interest include health promotion and disease prevention. She believes that every individual has the right to receive healthcare that meets the highest standards for quality, and she strives to promote the
health of the individuals she serves. Marcia joined the Open Door team in 2017.
Since 1998, Renea Kestel has worked to provide healthcare to people of diverse backgrounds through occupational health, as well as Veterans within the VA system. She received her BSN and MSN from University of Phoenix and her ADN from Central Iowa Community College.
Renea wants to make high quality healthcare accessible to all, and she enjoys being involved in the communities where she lives and works. She has served on the Board of United Community Health Center in Storm Lake, IA and has done medical mission work in Jacmel, Haiti. In addition, she serves as a Nurse Practitioner in the US Army Reserves Nurse Corps. Renea joined the Open Door team in 2016.

Rochelle is a board certified Family Mental Health Nurse Practitioner earning her MSN from Rush University in Chicago, IL. She has experience in multiple mental health settings, including inpatient child/adolescent/adult/geriatric units, outpatient clinics, teenage runaway shelters, correctional facilities, and community health facilities. She enjoys working with a diverse array of mental health issues and treating clients across the lifespan.
She uses a holistic approach to identify biological and psychosocial issues affecting clients, and collaborates with other departments to identify appropriate treatments and help patients achieve their individual goals. Areas of special interest include working with young adults and their families in the transition to adulthood, and working with clients who live with a severe and persistent mental illness diagnosis. She also prescribes supplements as an alternative therapy or to promote optimal wellness. Rochelle joined the the ODHC team in 2017.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Schultz attended University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, and studied journalism and advertising. Later, he returned to medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences (KCUMB). His professional areas of interest and expertise include Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, sports injuries, and LGBTQ healthcare.
Dr. Schultz chose to work at Open Door in order to care for underserved populations. He appreciates the opportunity to work in a small organization where he knows all of his coworkers and he has a voice in how care is provided.
Evora received her MS in Nutrition and Food Systems from University of Southern Mississippi (Hattiesburg, MS). In her diverse employment background, she has served as a dietitian for health care facilities, human services agencies, health collaboratives, and adult day care facilities. She has also been an educator in various academic and human service organizations.
Evora chooses Open Door because of its patient-focused, team-based philosophy and because she is passionate about helping patients receive access to health care for the whole person. She joined the Open Door team in 2017.
