Mobile Health Clinics – Medical and Dental Services

WE'RE ON THE ROAD!

We started seeing patients on March 13th, 2012 on both our medical and dental mobile clinics. The Mobile Medical clinic provides the same family practice medical care as our main clinic patients have grown to depend on for themselves and their families. The Mobile Dental clinic provides comprehensive dental care including cleanings, exams, fluoride treatments, restorative services and simple extractions.  Dentures, partials and more extensive treatment will be referred to our clinic in Mankato.

ANYONE can be seen on the mobile clinics!

Open Door Health Center's friendly and caring staff provides family practice medical care, comprehensive dental care, and medication assistance for men, women and children of all ages. We serve everyone - no restrictions based on where you live, age, gender, ethnicity, language, economic or citizenship factors.  Interpreters are available for Spanish-speaking patients.

Open Door is a non-profit organization providing affordable health care to people with private insurance, Medicare, Medical Assistance, MinnesotaCare and a sliding-fee discount scale to low-income, uninsured and under-insured people.

Our highly skilled team of health care professionals include: Family Practice Medical Physicians and Mid-level Providers, Dentists, Licensed Social Workers and supporting staff.  Our providers are supported by many friendly team members!

Our family practice doctors, physicians assistants, nurse practitioners and nursing staff offer excellent care, including:

Service Locations

Dodge Center, Minnesota (Dental and Medical services) -

Dental is available every Thursday and Medical is available on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Thursdays of the month!  We're parked at Midtown Center Building, also known as, the old Dodge Center High School - 104 1st St NW, Dodge Center, MN  55927

 

Gaylord, Minnesota (Dental and Medical services) -

Dental is available every Wednesday and Medical is available on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month!  We're parked at the Sibley County Service Center - 111 Eighth Street, Gaylord, MN  55334

 

Marshall, Minnesota (Dental and Medical services) -

Dental and Medical is available every Tuesday!  We're parked in the Avera Home Medical Equipment building parking lot, 1104 E College Drive, Marshall, MN 56258

 

Slayton, Minnesota (Medical services) -
