When your medicine arrives, (usually 4- 6 weeks) you will be notified by phone or mail. Your medication will be kept here until you can pick it up. If you medicine is sent directly to your home or to another office, please notify us by phone so we can record it in your chart.

Medication can be picked up on Tuesday or Wednesday on a "Walk-in" basis between 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Please use these hours to pick up your medicine. While we strive to keeps wait to a minimum, expect to wait 30 minutes or more.

If you need only samples, you must call a day ahead.

One of the MAP nurses must give you your medication. No medication is left at the front desk for pick up or mailed to you.

If a relative or friend will pick up your medicine, you should call the day before to inform us.

You must allow 4-6 weeks for reordering. Sometimes this can be accomplished by phone. Call afternoons to speak with the MAP team or to leave a message.
