Who Qualifies for this program?

  •  The uninsured
  •   Seniors on fixed incomes who cannot afford their medications
  •   Families who have been denied insurance coverage by third-party payers

    • Services Offered

  •  Assistance in accessing long term programs offered by pharmaceutical companies
  •  One-on-one contact with a R.N. to assist in prescription care
  •  Referrals
  •  Assistance with forms

    • A valid prescription must be presented before any medication can be dispensed.
