At Open Door Health Center, we provide family practice medical care, comprehensive dental care, access to behavioral health services and several assistance services, such as medication assistance and interpreting services.  Behavioral health services in the primary care setting include crisis management, case management services, and referrals for continued care.  We guarantee that all patient records are kept confidential.

We serve everyone - there are no restrictions based on locale, age, gender, ethnicity, language, economics or citizenship.

Our clinic hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
