Our Behavioral Health Team
Deb Latzke specializes in the assessment and treatment of substance use disorders and the administration of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She received her MS in Community/Counseling Psychology from Minnesota State University (Moorhead) and her BA in Psychology from Southwest State University. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC).
Deb is engaged by her work at ODHC because she is able to make a difference in the lives of others. She has been working at Open Door since 2014.
Rochelle is a board certified Family Mental Health Nurse Practitioner earning her MSN from Rush University in Chicago, IL. She has experience in multiple mental health settings, including inpatient child/adolescent/adult/geriatric units, outpatient clinics, teenage runaway shelters, correctional facilities, and community health facilities. She enjoys working with a diverse array of mental health issues and treating clients across the lifespan.
She uses a holistic approach to identify biological and psychosocial issues affecting clients, and collaborates with other departments to identify appropriate treatments and help patients achieve their individual goals. Areas of special interest include working with young adults and their families in the transition to adulthood, and working with clients who live with a severe and persistent mental illness diagnosis. She also prescribes supplements as an alternative therapy or to promote optimal wellness. Rochelle joined the the ODHC team in 2017.
Sara Seward has been working at Open Door Health Center since 2014 and provides integrated behavioral health services to ODHC patients. She received her Master of Social Work (MSW) from University of St. Thomas/St. Catherine's University, and her BS in Social Work from Minnesota State University (Mankato). She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC).
Sara enjoys supporting patients by implementing brief, solution-focused techniques that can be helpful to patients experiencing a number of concerns. Sara also assists in completing chemical use assessments for patients and making referrals to community providers for specialty services.
