Open Door Health Center's friendly and caring staff provides family practice medical care, comprehensive dental care, behavioral health services and medication assistance for men, women and children of all ages. We serve everyone - no restrictions based on locale, age, gender, ethnic, language, economic or citizenship factors. Interpreters are available for Spanish-speaking patients.

Open Door is a non-profit organization providing affordable health care to people with commercial insurance, Medicare, Medical Assistance, MinnesotaCare and a sliding-fee discount scale to low-income, uninsured and under-insured people.
Our highly skilled team of health care professionals include: Family Practice Medical Physicians and Mid-level Providers, Dentists, Licensed Social Workers and supporting staff. Our providers are supported by many friendly team members!
